50% Deposit will reserve your order.  A deposit is required for quarter, half and whole beef orders.  The Remaining 50% is due when we delivery the beef.

 

This is a deposit for a quarter share of a cow, the share is divided equally to include front and rear cuts for a uniform share. That means you get a mixture from the front and rear of the steer. You still get all of the variety a half of beef gives you, but in a smaller quantity. This is a great option for first time buyers or smaller households. You can expect about 2 plastic tote bins full of beef, or expect it to fill your average sized home freezer.

The price we charge includes the beef, processing, packaging, labeling and delivery within 30 miles of Truxton, NY (zipcode 13158). To help buyers we have an average order broken down for the butcher. This order can be customized by you the buyer. (some customization may incur extra charges due to increased processing fees)  If you live farther than 30 miles we can work with you on delivery charge to include the delivery when we are in the area for other deliveries.  Feel free to send us a message for when the next quarter is available for delivery.
