Buying Beef From Your Local Farmer

I love talking to customers about ordering a quarter, half or whole cow. Explaining how we raise the animals, why we feed what we feed and answering cut questions is fun for me. I have been in the raising beef cattle world since I was a kids and selling farm to table beef since 2017. We have had animals processed at several different butchers/processors, what we have learned we are happy to pass along to others, we are still learning. We have found each processor has very different ways of cutting and labeling the cuts and finding a processor who is easy to work with and consistent is extremely valuable to our customers and in turn us. So if you have questions, don't be shy. We talk to farmer friends and answer questions for them too. I learned from asking and researching and welcome others to do the same. Any day I get to talk farming is a good day.


I created a 20 page guide to help walk anyone through the buying process. Then due to popular request my kids helped me do a video series walking customers through the free guidebook.
