Vegas Strip Steak is a new cut option for us. I decided to marinade it in Cattlemen's Carolina Tangy Gold sauce. It is a very mustardy sauce. The results were very good!
Vegas Strip Steak
1 sweet onion sliced
salt + pepper
Cattlemen's Tangy Gold Sauce
Marinate the steak in the sauce overnight. Pan fry the steak with the butter and onions and cook for 4-6 minutes flipping to be sure both sides are seared. Take off the heat and let rest for 2 minutes. Slice across the grain in thin slices and serve. I served with rice, but mashed potatoes, salad or any other side of your preference will make a delicious meal.
The steak cooked and tasted much like a skirt steak. Because it is thin it thawed and marinated very fast. It also cooked fast. Depending on your heat it may take less time.
